Card Crush Greetings does not hold your payment details, this is held by our payment processor, PayPal.

If you have signed up to our newsletter we will continue to send you news and special offers. We promise not to bombard you with emails and your information will not be passed to any third parties. If you decide you no longer want to receive our news you will always have the option to unsubscribe.

Have you received my order?
You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will also receive notification when your order is on it’s way. These emails may go to your junk mail, so please check.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day using Royal Mail. This is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods.
Where's my stuff!?
If your order hasn’t reached you within our delivery guidelines, then please let me know. Sometimes it can take a little longer for Royal Mail to get parcels to you especially during busy periods or bad weather. If you think you have waited too long please let me know.
How green are you?
I do my bit to be as green as I can. You’ll be pleased to know that our suppliers do their bit too. You’ll find cards printed on FSC board, wrapped in re-cycled envelopes and often packed in bio-degradable bags.
